This is our mantra....as little as a few minutes before cooking. Longer for more depth of flavour.

This is our spicier dry rub (but still mild) that is fantastic on white meat ,seafood & vegetables.

All our spices are dry roasted to bring out there flavour.

Ingredients: cane sugar, salt, chillies (chipotle tipico & morita, de arbol, ancho), liquid smoke, mixed herbs & spices.
