Who is this service best suited for? 
Our Wedding Packages are most appropriate for couples looking for an easy solution and are happy to leave the design details to the experts. 

How do I secure my date in the Daisy Lane Flowers wedding calendar?
Simply click here and fill in the required information. Within 24 - 48 hours of submitting the form, you will receive an invoice to the nominated email address (please check your junk), make payment as soon as possible. Your date is secured once payment has been received.

What if I want a formal consultation?
We don’t offer consultations with Wedding Packages. They’re designed to be very straight-forward for you to order so leave the details to us. Firstly secure your date in our calendar, then place your order using our online order form, select your colour palette and style choices. Our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio.

What if I want something not shown on the menu?
We keep the menu very limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. 

Where do you deliver?
We can deliver all over South Australia. Our predominate area is within a 150km radius of Balaklava. 

When should I place my order?
We required a minimum of 28 days notice, ideally you would place your order 2 - 4 months before your wedding day.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery will be included on your final invoice. We calculate by kilometers for each delivery to ensure you are not over charged. Price is $1.40 per kilometer and is calculated using Google Maps.

What if I want an arbour installation of other ceremony/reception feature?
We’d love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day. Arbour installations, custom ceremony and reception features are part of our Full Service Wedding approach. Click here for more information. 

What colour palettes are available?
We’ve curated a very special collection of colour palettes and will use the best blooms of the season in line with the palette you choose. View the colour palettes in our wedding brochure, click here to download

Can I select specific colours within a colour palette to be used?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate specific colours within a colour palette when possible. For example you could request pinks and peaches only within our pastel colour palette, or a mix of any soft colours. 

I want to use natives in my arrangements.
This is generally an overall style that you are trying to achieve, select a blue gum foliage base and we will use a mixture of native and seasonal flowers in your chosen colour palette.

When will my flowers be delivered?
We’ll contact you in the lead up to your wedding day to finalise the delivery details, ensuring the timing suits your photographer’s requirements and the schedule for your day. 

Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, if you contact us more than 30 days before your flower delivery date we will provide a full refund (less the $250 non-refundable payment to secure your date). Within 30 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available. 

Will you deliver the Ceremony and Reception arrangements to site?
Our wedding package service only allows for one delivery location. All items will be delivered to the nominated location from there you could ask a good friend or family member to take your arrangements to the ceremony or reception location. Family and friends are always happy to help!
