DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver from 9am Wednesday to Friday. We do not deliver on public holidays. Additional delivery charges may apply during seasonal events.

Same Day Delivery
Orders for delivery must be received by 10am (Wednesday to Friday) to ensure same day delivery. Orders placed after 10am requesting same day delivery may either incur an additional fee or be dispatched on the next scheduled delivery day. We do not currently offer timed deliveries on our website, except for funerals. For timed deliveries, please contact our store on (07) 3856 4711. You will be notified of any change to dispatch date or any additional fee prior to processing your order. We ensure that all deliveries are completed (provided accurate details such as company names and contact numbers have been provided) to businesses by 5pm and residences by 6pm, 7pm in peak seasonal periods.

For non-residential deliveries, eg businesses, schools, child care and hospitals, we highly recommend that you ensure correct delivery details and if the person is expected to finish work prior to 5pm.

In the event that we cannot deliver the flowers to the recipient in person, the following may apply based on the circumstance:

The recipient will be called to obtain instructions as to where the gift may be left, or the gift may be left in a sheltered position if:
- Requested to do so by the sender (see Special Instructions in check out) or
- Our courier determines it safe to do so.

Alternatively, if there is nowhere sheltered to leave the order or the weather is not favourable then a calling card will be left in the recipient’s letterbox or under their door requesting they contact Daisy Lane Flowers and arrange a convenient time for collection or re-delivery.

Charges will be incurred for re-delivery. You will be notified of any additional charges. Customers may opt to collect the arrangement from our store at no additional charge.

If access is denied due to secured residential or commercial buildings, the gift will be returned to florist and sender will be responsible for re-delivery and any other charges.

Changes to Delivery Details
If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to change the details, however an additional fee may apply. Please phone Daisy Lane Flowers on 0474 440 674 as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery details.

Incorrect/Incomplete addresses
We will do our best to redirect the arrangement to the correct address, however, an additional fee may apply and same day delivery may not be possible. Please phone Daisy Lane Flowers on 0474 440 674 as soon as possible if you need to change delivery details.

Ensuring a Successful Delivery
Please ensure:
- You have provided contact phone numbers for yourself and the recipient (mobile in case they are not home) in case of any delivery issues.
- You have ordered in time to ensure the delivery can be made according to your order.
- All fields are filled in correctly and you have double-checked both your credit card number and expiry date.
- You have provided the correct delivery address, contact number, eg the correct unit or apartment number, the name of the business, street suffix eg ‘Smith Street West’ and so on.

Orders Containing Alcohol
Floral gifts may be accompanied by alcohol. However, alcohol selections are not guaranteed to be delivered.

Daisy Lane Flowers will make every effort to complete the order as requested. In some cases circumstances arise out of our control that restrict the delivery of alcohol.

Restrictions include (but are not limited to):
- Age restrictions including an inability to provide evidence of age if requested
- Religious beliefs
- State Laws and Regulations
- There is no adult (over 18) at the delivery address to receive the order
- No-one is home to receive the order

If you place an order that includes alcohol and Daisy Lane Flowers is not able to deliver the alcohol because of one of the reasons stated above, we will contact you to advise of this.
